The room LA LOGGIA is a beautiful and spacious master bedroom with private bath.

The location is harmoniously inserted in the context of the farmhouse, has a separate entrance with access from the garden. From the private terrace you can enjoy a magnificent view of the pool and the Tuscan countryside, where is unforgettable at sunset, sipping a glass of genuine Chianti offered by Paolo and Giovanna.

LA LOGGIA was born to comfortably accommodate two people with the possibility of adding a cot for a baby.

Guests of LA LOGGIA room can make free use of all services provided by the structure:
–open connection to the wireless network with coverage provided around the entire perimeter of the complex,
– access to the garden, the pool,
–umbrellas, sun beds and use of the barbecue which includes also firewood.
For your complete relaxation, we decided to leave the room free of audiovisual equipment in order to fully enjoy the silence and the unique atmosphere of this small village nestled in the Tuscan countryside.

The bathroom has a hairdryer and every day LA LOGGIA is rearranged and towels are changed.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
The reservation is confirmed after the request for a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay that can be made by money order and / or bank transfer
You will receive a booking confirmation by E-mail or by fax.

In case of cancellation from 60 to 30 days before your arrival date, we reserve the right not to return the deposit.
